In fact, Evan is pissed at the media and her "The Wrestler" co-star for fueling these stupid reports. She is afraid the film could suffer from bad press.

I agree...she does not want to end up with a Lindsay Lohan career now!

Evan says Rourke is too old for her and she would not date him. Maybe she should just get back with Marilyn Manson!

Evan Speaks about Split with Marilyn Manson

Evan Rachel Wood spoke exclusively to People Magazine about all the rumors circulating the net...she wants the truth to be heard. She is sick of all the false reports and the supposed "close source" who gave the Ira story.

Evan told People, "Manson and I both decided to take some time apart so we could concentrate on work. Someone used that opportunity to kick us while we were down and sell a completely false story."

"Manson owns the house he lives in. My brother has never stayed there and the person that said such horrible things about Manson being 'controlling' and 'emotionally abusive' is certainly no source 'close' to me," Woods says. "Manson has been by my side and taken care of me through the best and worst times. I love him as a person and as an artist. I will always be proud to have been a part of that.

"If any more attacks are made on us, it is the act of a desperate, selfish person, who is angry to no longer be a part of my life. No further comment will be made and we request our privacy at this time."


There you have it. IT IS OVER! Wow. Wonder who the next man in her life will be??? And I never believed the story of Manson being controlling and emotionally abusive. Not his character. He may have the shock rocker act down, but he's a big softy when it comes to the ladies.

Looks like Evan Rachel Wood and boyfriend Marilyn Manson have split up.

According to Star Magazine, the breakup happened on October 23.

Evan apparently got ticked off at Marilyn for trying to kick her brother, Ira, out of her guest house.

"Evan owned the house and didn’t want her unemployed sibling living on the street," a source tells Star Mag. "It was the tipping point. Evan was fed up with how controlling and emotionally abusive Marilyn was."

Evan Rachel Wood is more about the art than the money when it comes to the films she takes part in. She gets no satisfaction...

It's not satisfying. It doesn't matter how much I get paid for something. It won't, I dunno, do anything for me if I don't like the movie or am embarrassed by it. . . . Having integrity . . . definitely hurts your buying sprees, but I can sleep at night. I like that I never kind of have to worry or cringe when someone walks up to me and says, 'I love you in . . .' and you're like, was it something I was embarrassed of? I have to connect to something or else it's not going to work.

Evan talks "The Life Before Her Eyes"...

Ha. I really like the film a lot. It was a really strange but cool script. And I was curious to see if they could pull it off going back and forth between me and Uma -- if people would get annoyed by it or get confused. But it flows really well. And it's shot beautifully.

Talking about shooting hard parts...

Me and Eva [Amurri, who plays her character's best friend] got along great, and we definitely had fun, but some of it was pretty grueling. And the swimming pool scenes were incredibly cold. I've got some great photos of me running into the house with 20 blankets wrapped around me and shivering. That was the hardest thing to shoot.

Evan is currently working on "The Wrestler".

Onlookers seen Marilyn and Evan removing their shoes and placing their laptops in a separate bin. People were kind of freaked out, but that's what you get in yuppy ville. They should live in New York where people are much more accepting of weirdness.
